Good deal, but experience was less than luxurious Dealer offered good price but would not compromise at all on leasing terms. This was the most positive and professional experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Brian helped me get exactly the car I wanted, at a price lower than what I was prepared to pay. Although delivery was not expected until January, Brian was able to obtain the car in time for Christmas. When I was having trouble with the credit union process/paper work, the dealership actually found financing at an even lower interest rate. I cannot say enough positive things about Brian and Salem BMW. More

I drove down from Portland after seeing a pre owned CPO 2011 sedan i was interested in. Brian had the vehicle washed and ready for me for a test drive. He was very knowledgable about the car and a no pressure sales approach that made the experience much easier. I drove home that afternoon and came back the next day interested in buying. i traded in a 2007 3 series wagon and got exactly what i wanted after researching my trade in from a number of sites. There was no bickering about a fair trade or offering me a much below KBB for my car unlike the Portland BMW dealerships. The transaction was easy and pleasant and Brian was enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership . Brian made the stressful nature of buying a car and dealing with "the car salesman" so much easier. My experience was very good and i will contact them first for the next CPO purchase in 3-4 years! More
