Excellent dealership. I had an emergency with my car and Steve Kline, service manager and Steve Heinking, service writer went above and beyond the call of duty. They were able to work my car in without an appointment and make all the necessary repairs to get me back on the road. Job well done. More

It was the worst experience I ever had at any Ford dealer. I have owned over 20 fords and currently own 7 this dealership and there service writer and manager are the worst. dealer. I made my appointment by phone for recall #22S06 (backup camera). When I arrived I was told I had to leave the car, preferably over night. This was not possible because I had other commitments that aftern camera). When I arrived I was told I had to leave the car, preferably over night. This was not possible because I had other commitments that afternoon. The service writer said the person accepting my appointment should have informed me that the recall would take considerable time to complete. While I was in the service department it was suggested to me that I not reschedule until after the "snowbirds" leave because they are too busy in the winter. More
