All the staff are professional and knowledgeable. The dealership is exceptionally clean with coffee, water and snacks to enjoy while you wait. In the past several years a loaner was provided also. My lease was ending in July and I decided to start shopping a bit early this time around. I stopped into the dealership last Saturday and met with Joe Garcia. He was able to find a vehicle that was ab shopping a bit early this time around. I stopped into the dealership last Saturday and met with Joe Garcia. He was able to find a vehicle that was absolutely perfect for me as far as options & price. I was able to pick up my car on Monday after work. Joe was helpful, friendly & professional. He made the entire process painless. I would recommend him to any friends or family looking to lease or buy a vehicle. This is my third Audi lease. I have been to other dealerships and there is absolutely no comparison. I will certainly return to WVM Audi in 36 months! More
