DO NOT BUY FROM JEFF WYLER......the advertised price is not what you pay. certified $1000 oil additive for trans and engine, disinfecting and pulse third brake light flasher is a scam to jack the price up not what you pay. certified $1000 oil additive for trans and engine, disinfecting and pulse third brake light flasher is a scam to jack the price up. this should not have cost more than $200 at most for this crap. took months to get my title , had to get the Ohio attorney general involved to get it. I was lied to for months telling me it was mailed...must have gotten lost in the mail. they never did anything on my title for like 3 months according to Ohio attorney general office . they never mailed it till after i filed a complaint with OAG. state law is title was to be in my hand within 30 days of purchase. bought in November 8 2020 and got my title in late march 2021. their warranty is total B.S. unless you purchase additional warranty from them. found broken air vents not covered only drive train is covered for 90 days. buy from these people at your own risk. sales man Brian Landers told me they reduced certified price by $500...he lied I paid full price. $1000 now looking for another dealer to perform recall work on my KIA. I do NOT trust JEFF WYLER auto group. More

We will never do business with this or any of their dealerships again. We went up to this dealership to exclusively look at a used Certified Cadillac. Brian was nice and polite and introduced himself dealerships again. We went up to this dealership to exclusively look at a used Certified Cadillac. Brian was nice and polite and introduced himself from the beginning. Once we started talking numbers, that's when everything changed. The price of the vehicle was stated on their website "Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Cadillac for one price. Once we sat down, they came out with the price and then tried to say for it to be certified, it was an additional $3,900 +, $899 additional for the Pulse added (only cost about $25) and then additional accessory fees. This totally sent us in a different direction. We were lied to up front on this price and by the time we were done, they had already came down to $31,000 and still said it was certified trying to get us to purchase this vehicle. When we asked about this dishonesty about the pricing, they said they had to pay for the certification. That's all well and good, but be honest with us up front. Do your research before going and/or dealing with this dealership. Very dishonest dealership. More

This place sucks. if i could give this place 0 stars I would. This place sucks xxx. Went there on the 19th of July to purchase a new car. Spoke with Tara. She made my h if i could give this place 0 stars I would. This place sucks xxx. Went there on the 19th of July to purchase a new car. Spoke with Tara. She made my husband and I wait there for over 4 hours & didn't even leave with the car and was told I would get a phone call the next day. The next day comes around and its the afternoon and still no phone call. Called & texted Tara her response was "I am not at work I will have someone call you" no one called in over an hour and half. I called and spoke to 3 different people. finally got and answer. We came in that night and waited another 2 hours and got the new Kia Optima with sales rep Brian Landers. It was dark and raining that night so the next day the 21st I get out of my car and my husband notices scratches on the front bumper and around the car. They didn't even check the vehicle before they sold it to me. Had to drive another 45mins for the 3rd time to take my BRAND NEW car back for them to have it for a week. When bringing my car in Tara stated "for your troubles I will make sure you get a full tank of gas after they fix the scratches plus another full tank of gas to come back and get anytime" They fixed the scratches and supposedly fixed a tire that had a nail in it that was "un-repairable".When I came to pick my car up they never told me about the tire. I had to came back a few days later (another 45min drive one way) for a low pressure tire in the tire they "supposedly" fixed. I called Tara about the tire and she made me feel stupid like I didn't know how to put air in my tires and explained it to me like I was a 5 year old. I am not stupid I know what it means when the tire pressure is low. When I got there for the tire they gave me trouble about a loaner car and ended up giving me one and told me to fill up the tank when I brought it back (which I did) and then when I get in my car I didn't even have a full tank. This place is messy and all over the place. My father and I got hung up on multiple times. Mind you Tara argued with me in front of other customers about the free tank of gas for me driving up there 4 different times 45mins one way. She claimed she never said anything about the free tank of gas, but I have 3 witnesses that were there with me that day that heard her say that. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I pray they don't screw anyone else over like this. They are so slow and they drag their feet in anything they do, They are rude, disrespectful and I refuse to take my car back there. They will lie to you saying you get something when you don't, they say they will call you back & they won't. They are a bunch of ignorant xxxxxxxx that don't deserve a job. They took out the excitement of buying a new car and turned it into a horrible experience. More

Upgrading my Kia Optima I came to Jeff Wyler Fairfield looking for a very specific 2017 Kia Optima SXL that I had found using the Kia.com dealership inventory search feature. I came to Jeff Wyler Fairfield looking for a very specific 2017 Kia Optima SXL that I had found using the Kia.com dealership inventory search feature. After an initial encounter with an inexperienced salesman who could not locate the car I believed to be in their inventory, I was disappointed and ready to leave. Management quickly assigned a new salesperson, Brian Landers, who immediately located the vehicle, which was at a sister dealership in Eastgate and had it delivered promptly. Brian's expertise with the extensive computerized buying process made the experience swift and hassle-free. He gave me an excellent deal on my 2011 Kia Optima trade-in. After receiving the car, Brian and I went for a drive as he explained every detail on the impressive technology package included on the SXL. I left the dealership feeling comfortable driving my brand new dream car. I was prepared to leave after my initial encounter at Wyler, but when Brian Landers became involved I was not only sold on the car but also plan to become a loyal Wyler customer. Brian's extensive knowledge and professionalism was the best I had ever experienced in a car dealership. Although I live north of Dayton, I will gladly drive to Fairfield in order to do business with Brian and Wyler in the future. More

Best experience yet! My wife and I stopped in to drive a few cars to decide what we wanted, we told them we were going to look at other cars at other dealers as well. We s My wife and I stopped in to drive a few cars to decide what we wanted, we told them we were going to look at other cars at other dealers as well. We simply asked what the rate of a 3-year lease would be with 2 grand down and a nonstandard 15,000 miles per year lease. The Sales Person was great all around from start to finish, he even went over every detail and feature on the car which we did not get from our last lease at Performance Toyota. Our Wyler Sales Person was Brian Landers, he is great. Brian went to get his Manager who came outside to us, we did not have to go inside to some intimidating room or desk, he came to us. His name was Chico, he looked at the window sticker, and gave us a verbal quote on the two SUV's we were looking at. we then thanked them and left. When we returned much later in the day, we drove our choice on the highway, then discussed it amongst ourselves. We then said, if Chico is a man of his word then we will take his verbal offer. Well he is a man of his word, the number was exactly to the dollar as his verbal, they did not play any games, it could not have gone any better. Thank you, Jeff Wyler Kia. and Thank you Brian Landers and Chico! More

I talked to several other area dealers and every one of them required $2000 or more down to get the $149.00 a month payment we were looking for. While searching the internet on 9/10/16 I came across a $149.00 a month 2016 Kia Forte lease with $0 down at Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield. Figuring there were some undisclosed fees or security money needed I contacted them through the web site. Almost immediately I was contacted by Brian Landers assuring me that that was not the case. He sent me pictures of several cars they had on site that would fit the bill. When I arrived Monday morning he had a car waiting to check out and test drive. He also mentioned that for $3.00 more a month I could move up to higher model with more features. After test driving both I went with the better equipped model. Brian was very helpful without being pushy or high pressure. We all know what a fine line that can be. They showed me the price of the vehicle, all factory rebates and dealer discounts with absolutely no hidden or undisclosed fees. I had actually planned to check out a couple other offers at different dealers but decided this was right for me and drove home a 2016 Kia Forte 5. Highly satisfied with Brian, the Wyler Kia staff and my new Kia. It was one of the best buying experiences I have had to date. More
