Worst ford dealer ever We were convinced to finance the car with ford motor credit for an incentive. We were told we could immediately re-finance with our credit union. Thi We were convinced to finance the car with ford motor credit for an incentive. We were told we could immediately re-finance with our credit union. This was the difference between 9% and 2%. We have been trying for 2 1/2 months to get ford motor credit to release the lien even though they were paid off within a few days of our purchase. We still can’t get the license plates to the vehicle because ford motor credit will not release the title. I called Campbell Ford and got no assistance. In fact the manager was extremely rude and condescending. We purchased three cars in nine years from Campbell and would never return. Our brand new vehicle is still sitting in our driveway. We cannot drive it because ford motor credit still won’t release the title and lean and Campbell Ford Erik Blad says to help. More
