The Tom Naquin Chevy Dealership took very good care of us as we have been a customer for many years for Cadillac, but we needed an additional vehicle to replace our Conversion Van. We stopped in Campbells after leaving Rural King just to look around and was greeted by Eric Blad. He stood out from all the other salesmen with the exception of Greg Fink the General Mgr at Tom Naquin and that we have a personal relationship with for many years. So that is not a fair comparison for Eric Blad, if you take all the salemen we met Eric Blad is by far the best salesmen we met. If I owned a Dealership Eric would be a person that I would hire and use him as a model salesmen that I would want the rest of the team to aspire to be like him. Eric did everything correctly, he read me very well as not to pressure me to make a sale. His follow through was excellent in every detail. I have never met any employee of Campbells in the past so this has been a totaly new experience dealing with this dealership, I will say everyone spoke to us and bid us warm greetings.
