Poor Accountablility of Dealership Campbell Ford has no business selling vehicles; let alone servicing anyone’s vehicle. The ownership; leadership; and employees are incompetent at best Campbell Ford has no business selling vehicles; let alone servicing anyone’s vehicle. The ownership; leadership; and employees are incompetent at best and dishonest at worst. The owner will not deal with issues pertaining to his dealership; nor will the dealership manager; both avoid issues they full well are aware of and in the end will refuse to correctly address issues with your vehicle that were directly caused by incompetent staff. Since I'm limited to size of review I already typed up; I'll give a condensed version. New Ford F-150 Platinum ordered fully loaded to desired options. Dealership performed poor service on vehicle and damaged vehicle. Scratched paint extensively & dented box with onsite car wash and "color sanded" front fender to fix (damaged clear coat). Scuffed dash; forced to changed out with improper molding alignment and screwdriver marks in center console. Damaged 3 rims with air-gun while rotating tires; forced by corporate to repair (owner wanted to split cost of damaged done by his mechanics!). Dealership had truck 7 weeks at one point and didn't fix all issues with vehicle. Refused to fix panoramic roof shade (excuse never made grinding sound); however, did when I showed up to get truck. Tried to get fixed at another dealership; other dealership refused based on previous service records! Refused to take responsibility and work with me on trade; gave low price trade in and non-markdown on newer vehicle! Traded vehicle at another dealership (obviously another manufacturer); then Campbell tried to cheat me out of $400 (gave lower value for extended warranty upon cancellation) for extended warranty (Ford Corporate corrected). Poor leadership & accountability. This is the only review I've ever written & have called other companies corporate offices to praise others when provided service & care. Once paid and you sign on the line; ownership could care less; only care about the rating you give them upon purchase of vehicle with Corporate! A lack of business ethics like no other place I've ever dealt with! You should exercise all options with other dealerships; I would've gladly paid more to never dealt with this dealership and avoided the year and a half nightmare of this place. If you have any high end Ford; Lincoln or Saleen vehicle; don't let them touch it for anything!! Totally incompetent and neglectful in my experience! More

False info from salesmen; bad transmission, no owner contact I feel bought on false info, was told several + "non-truths". Despite being told multiple times we were NOT buying a car that day, I feel Scott kept p I feel bought on false info, was told several + "non-truths". Despite being told multiple times we were NOT buying a car that day, I feel Scott kept pushing my very ill husband to agree. I was very upset but trying not to embarrass my husband by overriding his wanting the car while we continued to bicker over all 4 offers SM came back with.. We were told 6 months warrenty, one owner; great condition; only traded in because person wanted newer car. I made it known to Scott that dependable car was life or death due to husband's condition, I SPECIFICALLY asked if it was traded in because something was wrong with it, (2011 RAV4 LE 130,000 mi) he says absolutely not, he says. It was low on oil, asked why, tells me because all cars are different & service doesn't really know how much to put in...seemed like strange answer. Any way, sent to Bill F, find out no warranty, Scott tries to say we misunderstand, wanted out of contract..he said nothing. I felt ill. Reluctantly took it home, within a few days, leaks all over from front & back leaking onto garage floor. We've had possession of lemon about 2-3 weeks, in service almost 3 months. Although they did give us loaner, they refused to sit down &'discuss us getting out from under this lemon. No return call from owner or Bill F, even after 20+ requests. Mike Simmons came up with one offer on one car, which we didn't accept & made counter offer. Mike said he'd show owner & get back with me, which he did, but owner said no way & never made ANY OTHER OFFERS and still refused to call me. Took back loaner finally, our car wouldn't start! Thought for sure now they'd work with us...no! Just had service to call to say it's done. Supposedly was told by Toyota that idle was messed up,from being worked on & it just had to reset. Will be picking it up Monday. Carfax when SECOND owner took it in for service 3/16 shortly after HE bought it, that it had multiple leaks. Further info I was able to find verified still leaking a few month later & owner was told it need new transmission. Second drove it kind of close to a year with out repairs then traded it in at Campbells, then unfortunately, we bought it under false pretenses a few months later. More
