As I neared the end of my lease, I decided to stop by the dealership to go over my options. By the time I left, I was in a new Honda CRV. My sales consultant was Brian McKenna and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and most of all, friendly. He understood my situation, knew what I was looking for and explained all that was available to me. Unlike other dealerships I have worked with in the past, I never once felt pressured into anything. After discussing all my options, I knew what I wanted, and Brian made it happen. We went for a test drive and I was sold. When it came to financing, it was a breeze. I worked with John Barber, and like everyone else I dealt with at Mohawk Honda, he was awesome. The paperwork was swift and easy. He was very personable as we went over everything and answered any questions I had. I picked up my new CRV yesterday and as I was driving off the lot, I knew without question, that I had once again made the right decision. I truly cannot put into words my experience with Mohawk Honda…its simply something you feel. It was never about the sale…it was about me. It was about making sure I was 110% comfortable with my decision. I truly felt cared about. This is my second experience with Mohawk Honda and I have to say I now consider them an extension of my family. I could not and I would not, go anywhere else.
