In this instance, Brian Mchale, Product Service Manager took care of this sale in a thoroughly professional and cordial fashion. A day later, I discovered that I had lost my pocket calendar, which contained a year's worth of appointments and other important information. I called Brian to request that he look around in case I had lost it at the dealership. He found nothing on his initial search, but discovered it two days later in the service department, where it had been turned in by another customer who had found it in the waiting room. He called me immediately, and has mailed it to me. This saved me much effort in reconstructing my schedule for the next several months. A small thing, but it showed care for the customer. More

I stopped in to look at a vehicle that I saw online but Brian suggested the one that I purchased and I am so happy that he did. I was an extremely difficult and indecisive customer but Brian was patient with me the whole time. He never acted like a "salesman" at all but he was persistent (which was what I needed). I ended up picking the vehicle up at the very end of the day and Brian and his team never made me feel bad about them having to stay late for me. I've purchased a lot of luxury vehicles at a lot of dealerships over the years and I have to say that Brian and his team at Steingold are top notch all the way. The car was spotless when I picked it up as well. Very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend that you stop in an see Brian if you are in the market for a Volvo. More
