They coordinated our coming over from Cincinnati on Saturday. Arrived at the dealership and the car was parked in front waiting for us. No pressure was felt and even though we took up a lot of time on a very busy Saturday, we ended up buying the car. I only wish we were closer so that Jim O’Neal Ford could do all the maintenance on our new car. More
