service dept is horrible. the service manager is a joke. he even told me he drove the truck for 60 miles and I said how come the mileage is still on zero. chris O'neil wouldn the service manager is a joke. he even told me he drove the truck for 60 miles and I said how come the mileage is still on zero. chris O'neil wouldn't even see me. salesman was great, service manager is a joke and owner could care less. service manager lied to me several times and even told me he drove my truck to his home and no problems and i said how come the mile could care less. service manager lied to me several times and even told me he drove my truck to his home and no problems and i said how come the mileage still has 0 on it and the truck hasn't moved for 4 days. that's just an example . Chris O'neil wouldn't even talk to me. Started going to carriage ford and fix my problem . I have heard other complaints about service there. More

Jim O'Neal really cares about their customers. Jason James made us feel important and comfortable for our entire purchasing experience. He does come across as your typical salesman type. We were there about six hours because of Ford's computer system being down but he offered to buy our dinner for our wait. All this and it was his day off. Wow. We definitely will be back. More
