Brian by far is the most personable and professional. He took the time to understand my needs and wants. I was referred to Brian by a mutual friend who purchased a Sprinter from Brian several years ago. He has been patient and took the time to understand my needs and is constantly making recommendations. Unfortunately I've not been able to finalize an order for a Sprinter yet but this is not Brian's fault as MB is having difficulty fulfilling the build out I need. I will continue to work with Brian as my MB contact of choice. I'm sure he will be able to make this happen in the near future. More

Last week one of my employees wrecked one of the I have purchase 3 sprinter vans from Mercedes of Salem and Brian has made the experience exceptional. Last week one of my employees wrecked one of the vans on black-ice in eastern Oregon and totaled the vehicle. I called Brian and even though inventory was extremely low, with-in 2-3 hours he located a van for me, set up delivery, and financing and it took only about 20 min from my arrival at the dealership to me driving off with my van. I will definitely buy my next van from Brian and Mercedes Benz of Salem. More
