This dealership sold me a car before confirming financing. Sold me a car with damaged parts that were requested to be repaired BEFORE purchase. This dealership then took a month and a week (38 days) to repair a rattle in the car that was the main concern brought up during purchase. Got the car back after this and had the radio screen fail inside my Cadillac ATS from 2017. Tim S. is one of the worst customer service representatives with any level of communication and even after all this, i had to fix the rattle myself! The sales guy I had (Brian i think was his name) promised the repairs before purchase as well as promised not to spam my email address yet both remained untrue. Not only will i see to it that i never make a purchase with Allen Chevrolet Cadillac but i will see to it that no one i know carries that business with them. The absolute mess that i went though to buy a car here from getting yelled at by finance department when the screwed up my financing and made me come back to refile for new financing to the car itself where even after the repairs were "done" i still had to go back to have parts clipped back in and had to re-snap in all the interior dash clips as well as come back to have the entire plastic under hood assembly re attached to the car as it must have been forgotten. I am guessing this place like many has enough good reviews to have mine be a wash but if i can offer any advice... travel out of Monroe area to a different Cadillac dealership. Keith my service tech was always kind and understanding. Though he was always helpful he was at the mercy of his co-workers and management. Emily was also helpful as when my car purchase wasn't registered with the SOS office she assisted in getting that corrected within an hour. More
