The dealership was very clean. The sales team was really friendly and welcomed us in. They had the vehicle out front and ready for a test drive. I have been to Allen Chevrolet several times in the past to purchase new vehicles and to get vehicles serviced. I was generally pleased before. So when I decided to buy a used Chevy Volt Allen's was the obv to purchase new vehicles and to get vehicles serviced. I was generally pleased before. So when I decided to buy a used Chevy Volt Allen's was the obvious choice. Our sales person, Bryan Nelson, was professional, honest,helpful and very informed. We like the deal we got on our 2017 Volt and are really enjoying the car. April Seger, in finance, was very informative, efficient and pleasant to talk with.
