DEPLORABLE SERVICE! Service writer actually suggested i take my vehicle that I purchased new from them to another dealership, so I did. After repairs I was so impressed Service writer actually suggested i take my vehicle that I purchased new from them to another dealership, so I did. After repairs I was so impressed with the other dealer I traded my 2024 Chevy Silverado in on a 2025 GMC AT4. Never again will I do Business with Jim Butler and will not recommend them to anyone.
