I appreciate that he didn’t speak down to me at all during the process. I initially struggled with communication with the dealership staff when I first contacted them. Multiple people were trying to contact me and follow up, and it didn't feel like they were all communicating with each other. Once I was handed over to Brian, things went smoothly from there. Thanks, Brian. More

Brian was excellent but his manager is a jerk! The sales manager was extremely sarcastic and arrogant when discussing the trade in value of my 2017 Silverado. Brian as our salesman started out ok but then he became frustrated and we felt like an inconvenience to him. We arrived at 10:30 and left at 4:00. Other obligations forced us to have to leave at that time. We arrived not expecting to buy but found what we wanted on the lot and bought. Since we had to leave the options of the vehicle we’re not explained at all. I feel that if Brian was not comfortable selling a jeep vehicle he should have stated as much and referred us to a jeep salesperson. More

Over priced there is no service after the sale they take advantage of a person especially women telling them stuff just to let them fix the problem if there ever was one I have done business with this deale advantage of a person especially women telling them stuff just to let them fix the problem if there ever was one I have done business with this dealership for a long time but the professionalism and service has went way down hill . I know prices have gone up but to pay almost one hundred dollars for an oil change is a little steep I won’t be going back. More
