I went for my birthday to get my car serviced on 9/29 and while walking around was called about possibly selling my 2019 Camry XLE. My wife was wanting an SUV since we had a one year old And I had been looking previously. I decided to speak with someone and see if a deal could be worked out. I sold cars in the 90s and know it’s a process but Brian was professional and friendly and we made a deal happen. He made sure I was informed of how to use all new features and helped me set up the Toyota app. I have buoyed the process and the Finance team was amazing also. On a side note, Reid Millikan in the service department saved me as a customer after having a poor experience a few services ago. Reid deserves a special shout out for his professional work ethic and exemplary customer service. Thanks More

Once he sold me the car he didn't want to assist in any follow-up on the payoff.i asked him to see when it was mailed and 2 days later no reply. Then I asked again and was directed to call a payoff clerk? follow-up on the payoff.i asked him to see when it was mailed and 2 days later no reply. Any questions or concerns I have he should be as willing to help as he did when I was buying the car and that wasn't great either. More
