One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. Contacted them online about a used truck they had. Was contacted by and spoke to Salesman Brian Ogoo. We came to an agreement on a pri dealership. Contacted them online about a used truck they had. Was contacted by and spoke to Salesman Brian Ogoo. We came to an agreement on a price, sent the information to the bank and got my loan. I went to the bank, got the check and proceeded on to the 4 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. Three and a half hours in I get a call. Oh, by the way, we don’t hold vehicles and we got someone coming to look at the one you’re coming to buy. First come first serve…..UNLESS you’re willing to pull over and use your phone to purchase the vehicle online with OUR financing. We’ll hold it for your then. I’m wasn’t going to do that with the loan check already in hand. Sure enough, they called me 10 minutes before I arrived to let me know they sold the vehicle. Would have been nice to know before I got a loan and started driving that they would sell the vehicle out from under you. Sleaze tactics to pressure people into using their financing. The ONLY decent thing they did was fill up my tank of gas so I could turn around and drive myself the 250 miles back home. It was dirty, they knew it, and were not sorry about it. More

Brian took all the new buyers anxiety away and reassured me every step of the way. I particularly had my eye on the 2022 Toyota Camery and thats just what I got. Brian made sure the vehicle was cleaned inside and out and he provided many amenities. Life time oil changes, window tinting, and he even went so far as to fill up my gas tank. I wish there were 10 stars because Brian and his crew deserves it all. I will definitely be a lifelong customer. Shop at Jim Ellis, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!! More
