Had an appointment for 815 am for an oil change. Me plus 4 other people waited for over three hours. Complained to multiple people nothing ever happened. People who got there for their 945am appoint Me plus 4 other people waited for over three hours. Complained to multiple people nothing ever happened. People who got there for their 945am appointment for their oil change got theirs done before mine and another gentleman who had an appointment for 800am. Absolutely loved working with City Jeep! I came to city jeep with prior mechnic work I had done that just didn't feel like it was up to par, there were definite errors that had been made. Dave in service took the time to hear me out and address my laundry list of issues with my jeep and then! when it came time to fix what was wrong not only did he take me back to see the issues, he took the time to explain and show me exactly what was wrong. They even helped me chat with my prior mechanic who had goofed up some oil cap/temp thing!!! Between Dave & Jefferey (my tech, who I really don't ever want anyone else touching my Jeep but Jeffery) they made a plan of priorities because let's be real, most of us have a budget in mind when we need to get things done. City Jeep, tirelessly worked with me back and forth to make sure I got into my budget what I needed to with just amazing work. The whole service department was awesome, provided comic relief and a huge shout out to Jeremiah to had to provide a courtesy ride during some of the worst traffic I have seen in awhile.
