I have been going to Coulter Nissan for 2 years, when we moved from Western New York. I’ve only used their service business for my 21 Rogue, and was so pleased with the quality and efficiency of that depart moved from Western New York. While here, I met with Luke Lucas to discuss purchasing my Rogue, which was a lease. Within an hour and a half, I walked out with my car as the owner. Luke and Brian Pierce (finance officer) made the process so easy . They answered every question I had, found me a great rate for my loan, and were very helpful, professional and courteous. Finally, as a woman purchasing the car, I was pleased that they did not patronize me, as has happened in other instances of my purchasing an automobile. More

Purchased a vehicle with outside financing, agreed to a purchase amount with a sales manager based on the interest rate I was provided on my loan. As it was prior to the holidays finance department quickly purchase amount with a sales manager based on the interest rate I was provided on my loan. Later to find out they did not include the interest as we had agreed to, I did not do my due diligence but if you're inexperienced in purchasing a vehicle and looking for someone to assist, this is not the dealership for you!
