Purchased a vehicle with outside financing, agreed to a purchase amount with a sales manager based on the interest rate I was provided on my loan. As it was prior to the holidays finance department quickly purchase amount with a sales manager based on the interest rate I was provided on my loan. As it was prior to the holidays finance department quickly gave a backup loan and shoved me out the door. Later to find out they did not include the interest as we had agreed to, I did not do my due diligence but if you're inexperienced in purchasing a vehicle and looking for someone to assist, this is not the dealership for you! Two weeks ago, I brought my 2019 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change, and left with a 2023 Nissan Rogue SL!
