Caleb took his time with my wife and I and showed us a few options. He answered all of our questions and ensured we weren’t rushed to make a decision. When the “negotiating” began, my wife and I were surprised how willing Coulter was to make the deal happen. They explained the purchase price and ensured we were happy with the offer.
