My first contact was with Justin, who advised me that yes, the Sentra could be towed on all 4 wheels. A day later, my wife and I drove to Coulter. I asked for Justin, who remembered the call. Justin introduced us to Dan Colvin our sales rep. Since I had picked the car from their web site, I had the stock # of the car, which Dan located up front. Dan was very helpful in explaining the car's features. We took a test drive, we decided to purchase the car. We had a discussion about the price and agreed to a number. Dan did the initial paperwork, helped us link up our phones to the bluetooth, then took us to finance where we met Brian. Brian explained all the options for extended warranty and maintenance contracts, along with financing options. The whole process from start to finish was pleasant. We had looked at the Sentra at another dealer located less than a mile from our home, but the experience there was very bad. It was well worth the 20 mile drive to get to Coulter Nissan! More
