Great sales staff! Just closed a deal with Croix, Floyd and Cole on a Nissan Maxima. Not the newest or most expensive car on the lot, but I was treated the same as if I Just closed a deal with Croix, Floyd and Cole on a Nissan Maxima. Charles "Luke" Lucas for the save and win! My husband and I were in the market for a new car. We went to Coulter on a Saturday afternoon to check out some of their Altimas. A sales guy approach My husband and I were in the market for a new car. We went to Coulter on a Saturday afternoon to check out some of their Altimas. A sales guy approached us immediately, and immediately I just got the vibe that he was not the sales guy for us. We stuck with him, found a car we liked, and went to try to make a deal. Bring on the sales manager...still not a good fit. There was just something about these two that I wasn't getting a good vibe from. In the meantime, I had inquired online with Coulter's internet sales about the same car we were trying to make a deal on. I got an email from Charles "Luke" Lucas and decided to try and make a deal there. No luck on Saturday. On Sunday, we went to a different dealership, and had an ok experience, but still no deal. I followed up with Luke, and Monday night, him and the finance manager (I can't remember his name, but he was super cool too) worked and worked until we got a deal that fit our needs on the car we wanted! They stayed past closing time to get the deal done. I really appreciate the way Luke and his colleague worked with us, and made us feel more like a friend than just another commission. If you go to Coulter Nissan to buy a car, I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Luke! More

Everything was explained in great detail and worked hard to expedite the process, as I was in and out in just over 2 hours, which is almost unheard of when buying a car. He was completely respectful of my time, great to talk to and represented the dealership in an exemplary manner. My second time buying from Coulter and the experiences I have had there have ensured I will buy my next car for you as well. Brian Pierce was also outstanding and did a great job going over the details of the purchase agreement and allowed me to select exactly what I wanted with no pressure. Best auto dealer in Arizona I began my association with Coulter Nissan 5 years ago with Miguel Avila. I was retireing in a few months and did not know what I wanted to buy. We visited Coulter 3 times and was treated like family each time. I also visited several other different dealers with less than desirable results. When it was time to buy, I returned to Coulter and purchased a Pathfinder Platium with the help,of Miguel Avila and Brian Pierce. I have now purchased my second car from Miguel and my family has purchased at least 4 automobiles from Miguel in the 5 years since beginning my association with Coulter. My service advisor is Jeanette Martin and I know I am getting excellent service and advise from Jeanette. Coulter will be the only dealership I will deal with from now on. They make everyone seem special and not just a sales number. Coulter Nissan is an EXCELLENT dealership. More

Bait and Switch This dealership is the worst Nissan dealership I've been to. They are extremely rude, false advertise (Brian, the manager, even said "you wouldn't be This dealership is the worst Nissan dealership I've been to. They are extremely rude, false advertise (Brian, the manager, even said "you wouldn't be in here if I posted the real price") and do not care worth a xxxx about customer service. They added on an extra $2000 for a "convenience package" that gives you some xx about oil changes and no2 in the tires. They don't give you an option to not have it and forcefully tell you that's the price. They are scam artists that only care about making money. I would never recommend going here. All they do is try to rip you off. When I called him out on his xx, he pretty much told me to go elsewhere. Not worth the trip and absolutely horrible people. More
