Best Experience Hands Down This is my third time going through a dealership for a car, but my first new car. When my husband was looking a few years ago (didn't end up with a S This is my third time going through a dealership for a car, but my first new car. When my husband was looking a few years ago (didn't end up with a Subaru), he stopped in and had such a great, low pressure experience that I decided to pop in to see if I liked anything. I walked on the lot, was greeted by Brian and he was so knowledgeable about the car that I left with a lot of confidence in this dealership and the salesperson. I wasn't in a rush to buy, which was perfect for the magic that happened. I fell in love with the Crosstrek in a very high demand/low quantity color and decided I would wait for it. Not only did Brian track down this exact car, but I got everything that I asked for. He communicated each step of the way and on my pickup day it was waiting for me front and center. Got a nice ego boost too when a couple stopped me to say congrats and that they were coming here for my exact car. Brian worked his buns off for me and I am ridiculously happy. More

Sales and Service were both amazing! We took our vehicle in for service, despite the fact that we purchased it elsewhere, and received excellent service in a timely manner. When we went We took our vehicle in for service, despite the fact that we purchased it elsewhere, and received excellent service in a timely manner. When we went to pick up our Impreza we happened to run into Salesman Brian Rea. I asked Brian to run the numbers on a trade of our Impreza for a Forester, despite the fact that we had no intention of buying a vehicle that evening. You see, we had our brand new 10-week old Golden Retriever puppy (Diesel) with us, so we certainly couldn't be spending all evening at the dealership. Brian ran the numbers after we found a Forester that we liked, and based on the deal he was able to offer, we decided we were going home with a Forester. Eric Waze(?) in Finance, as well as many of the other Sales Staff took on the task of caring for Diesel...seeing that he got food and water, while we completed all the paperwork. Brian did a great job and was very helpful in answering all of our questions both before and after the sale. I am hoping to purchase another vehicle next year and will definitely go back to Brian. More
