My sales manager Ricardo Gonzalez was nice and after listening to me bout what I was looking for told and showed me a few cars before I found the one I purchased. Ricardo and the rest of the staff staye listening to me bout what I was looking for told and showed me a few cars before I found the one I purchased. Ricardo and the rest of the staff stayed long after closing to finish the sale and never made me feel rushed. I would most definitely buy another car with them. More

The dealership has a great inventory and I wish my sales representative was a bit nicer to deal with. I drove over 2 hours to make a purchase and upon my arrival the vehicle being shown could have been prep representative was a bit nicer to deal with. I drove over 2 hours to make a purchase and upon my arrival the vehicle being shown could have been prepped better to show off. Eventually after purchasing my vehicle, I observed that the rear seat belt buckle was broken and was not able to safely secure my child into her car seat. After being this to the same sale rep who gained commission for my sale she basically ignore this serious concern and stated that I needed to drive another 2 hours to bring the car back when there are plenty of Ram dealerships that could have fixed this issue that is actually is apart of a vehicle recall. She didn’t even try to fix the issue. After attempting to contact her I was ignored and honestly wish I had a more pleasant experience. More
