Hi bmac727, Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re sorry that your experience did not meet the level of service we strive to provide, especially after traveling more than two hours to purchase your vehicle. We understand how concerning it was to discover an issue with the rear seat belt and the frustration caused by having to address it after your purchase. We’re glad we were able to work with you on the situation and provide a $250 goodwill payment for the inconvenience of having the repair completed elsewhere. We truly appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to make things right. Thank you again for choosing Lester Glenn Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
