Over the years, I’ve gotten to know the technicians, Service Advisors and Managers. The Service team at LRW exemplifies the brands motto: Above and Beyond. At the front, my SA, James Massey is confident, professional and an all-around great guy. Whether is it routine maintenance or I have an issue, Jimmy is so accommodating and ready to support. It is a pleasure to do business w LRW and I really appreciate all they do to keep my LR in tip top shape! Jimmy, Brian R, Pat are just a few that should be commended. They are passionate, diligent and are real pros not only from a technical perspective but possess strong soft skills as well. The LR brand and the Piazza dealerships are fortunate to have such great people. Thank you! 🙏 More
