Been getting our oil changes here since before the renovations. This place gets 5 star plus, there on top of everything and even give her a shampoo and vacuum to boot. The prices are well below anyone renovations. This place gets 5 star plus, there on top of everything and even give her a shampoo and vacuum to boot. The prices are well below anyone others and there one of a few companies around that still believes in costumer service. The even serve you snacks and drinks(all free) while they fix her up. Dare you to find a better group of people. More

Surface of driver’s seat was wearing off, but replacement wasn’t covered under warranty (even though our Outback was only 27 months old w 32k miles). $650. Service Advisor gave us the contact info for the Su wasn’t covered under warranty (even though our Outback was only 27 months old w 32k miles). $650. Service Advisor gave us the contact info for the Subaru Customer Advocate. She covered the repairs IN FULL!! Have been going to Subaru of Port Richey for 5 years , and have ALWAYS been treated fairly. Their Sales people are easy to work with, and their Service Department is TOPS! More

They were all very pleasant and friendly. I asked to see something and they took me right out to our car and we’re able to explain the frame to me by showing me. That was very helpful. The worst experience I've encounters at any dealership in the country. I had an 11:00am appointment for routine oil change and tire rotation. Bottom line I had to set 2:45 minutes for what should have been n the country. I had an 11:00am appointment for routine oil change and tire rotation. Bottom line I had to set 2:45 minutes for what should have been no more than an hour service. If I hadn't bought the service plan with the vehicle you would never seen back there again. More
