I would recommend the Subaru of Port Richey to anyone that wants great customer service. Now that place looks great with their new facility that had been finished and was remodel and one of the perks of a Subaru owner is the lounge and concessionaire because they have donuts and coffee and for me that is plus for a customer. We have had both of our 2015 Outbacks serviced at Subaru of Port Richey since they were new. In six years we haven't really needed "repairs." This is certainly testimony to Subaru quality. Covid precautions were horrible. Attention to detail was non existing. They did not put the tire cap back on my tire. Didn't complete work I asked for. When I emailed servicing manager about the complaints non existing. They did not put the tire cap back on my tire. Didn't complete work I asked for. Failed to rotate tires said they didn't have the key for the lug nuts that never happened in the past.😞 the service team needs to get this right in the future the lug nuts that never happened in the past.😞 the service team needs to get this right in the future More

took my 2015 in for recall service. It was my first time at their new building which looks great and is very comfortable for the customers. They had nice counter with donuts, coffee makers with different t at their new building which looks great and is very comfortable for the customers. They had nice counter with donuts, coffee makers with different types of coffees, canned soft drinks and bottled water. I helped myself to a donut and coffee while waiting for my service to be done. As usual, the staff were very courteous, professional and friendly. It was actually pleasure to wait for my car to be serviced. They also washed my car while I was waiting. Anthony was my service representative and he is awesome. I checked out the 2021 models while I as there. More

The sales people were great. Lied to us though. Said the car was checked and certified. Evidently, it was NOT. Had to get a rack n pinion system put in, in less than ONE month!!! AND, I had to take out ANOT car was checked and certified. Evidently, it was NOT. Had to get a rack n pinion system put in, in less than ONE month!!! AND, I had to take out ANOTHER loan- to pay it. Not a very good way to do business!! More

Lifetime free oil changes and tire rotations brings me back to Subaru of Port Richey. The friendliness of the staff and quality of their service would bring me back anyway. I will definitely go back the back to Subaru of Port Richey. The friendliness of the staff and quality of their service would bring me back anyway. I will definitely go back there when I am ready for a new Subaru. The only problem there is that I have no justification for a new vehicle. Our two 2015 Outbacks have had no required repairs in 6 years! More
