they try the there best with in the limits of subaru They are sincere and they better than most dealership. So I am not disappoint with them as much I am in Subaru .I had three Subaru with the same packa They are sincere and they better than most dealership. So I am not disappoint with them as much I am in Subaru .I had three Subaru with the same packages an d drive train and yet 2018 is a disappointment It doesn't get mpg's that the other two with same setup and the radio acts up all the time most of the recall improve nothing. More

You accomodated my needs for Rush service After recently having our 2016 Outback in for scheduled service, I noticed a large oil puddle in the driveway. We are Snowbirds and returning to Cana After recently having our 2016 Outback in for scheduled service, I noticed a large oil puddle in the driveway. We are Snowbirds and returning to Canada in a few days so we didn't want a problem. Late Friday afternoon called and spoke with Brian who said he would get me in at the earliest appointment the next day. Joe in the Service Dept. tended promptly to our needs and replaced the leaking gasket. Leaving for Canada in a few days and see you when back in October. More

Problem solve STARLINK and radio 3 prior visits for same problem. Each time thought it was fixed. Service found rather unusual issue and corrected it. Everyone was extremely gracious 3 prior visits for same problem. Each time thought it was fixed. Service found rather unusual issue and corrected it. Everyone was extremely gracious and helpful. I am sure they were concerned how I felt, because I was first time buyer. It did try my patience, but we worked well together. Feel they went up and beyond to correct situation that could be embarrassing for them. Overall, very pleased with everyone I dealt with at Lokey. More

However, I am not pleased with this top of the line outback 2018. In my 50 years of owning a vehicle I have never had as many problems as I have had with this car in one year. Two recalls that took a very long time to repair, and a number of other issues. I Will have to think long and hard before I buy another Subaru outback. Very disappointed. More

Treated poorly I was purchasing tires from Subaru of Port Richie for $530 and per service man Brian, it included alignment. Before scheduled appointment I called sev I was purchasing tires from Subaru of Port Richie for $530 and per service man Brian, it included alignment. Before scheduled appointment I called several times to make sure all was set to go and had problems with that, but the day of oil change and tires service I was informed I had to pay for alignment, even though the service man wrote it down for me. So I got oil change and went to Sam’s Club and purchased my tires for $388. How stupid can they be? I was willing to pay $530. Your loss! More
