30,000 mile service of our 2017 Forester Service department was professional and efficient. Our Forester was given a complete check over and the service done was explained. Great team of Service Representatives I have had my new Subaru Ascent serviced twice now, although not for a regular service as of yet. The service team replaced a broken inside reflector I have had my new Subaru Ascent serviced twice now, although not for a regular service as of yet. The service team replaced a broken inside reflector assembly and they installed accessories. On each occasion, appointments were made in an extremely flexible schedule. The work was done quickly and professionally with no flaws or issues noted. On one occasion we waited and their waiting room is in the showroom with snacks, coffee and water available which was very welcoming. On another occasion, I took advantage of their free shuttle service to a mall which was quite convenient. One thing that I do look for in going to a dealership for service is that the vehicle gets a cursory car wash. That did happen on one occasion but could not happen on the second because of the accessories that were installed. I am coming up on a regular maintenance and hope that I do not have to ask for that one service, as I do think it should be done for everyone, every time unless the occasion calls for an exception. More

Good prices and great service! I drove an hour and a half because of their prices and selection. To my surprise the entire staff was friendly and welcoming and I never once felt pre I drove an hour and a half because of their prices and selection. It is the first time in my life that I can say I enjoyed my car buying experience and plan to continue purchasing my vehicles from Lokey Subaru for years to come. I love Subaru of Port Richey I discovered Subaru of Port Richey when the air conditioner blew out on my sunburn. I took it to st least two other shops and left it for days, someti I discovered Subaru of Port Richey when the air conditioner blew out on my sunburn. I took it to st least two other shops and left it for days, sometimes I even had to bring it back to the same shop. But the other shops couldn’t fix, and it was getting hot in Florida! Then I found Subaru of Port Richey. They fixed it the first time. They fixed it the first time and I’ve been cool ever since. That’s why always go there for repairs now. They’re always courteous, informative, and exceedingly skilled. More

Sterling Service, Subpar Car Have been frustrated with an A/C system that intermittently fails to function, for over a year, in this otherwise wonderful automobile. The service department has tried to address the situation, each time. And they did appear to do so each time. But it always failed to function a little while after each "fix". Living in Florida... if you dont have a car with A/C, you don't have a car. Today, they replaced the entire control panel. They do seem to be honestly trying to fix the problem. Luckily, today, it looks like snow. More
