A Very Lucky Break I had been driving over 13 hours to visit my elderly Dad when my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I gingerly drove the last hour home, and sho I had been driving over 13 hours to visit my elderly Dad when my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I gingerly drove the last hour home, and showed up at the dealership the following morning. The service people were wonderful: although they could not fit me in for a repair that day, they immediately took my car in to try and diagnose the problem so that they could at least order any necessary parts. They were able to repair my problem on Monday morning, within the estimated time and precisely at the eastmated price. Their waiting room is lovely and well appointed, and the staff is, to a person, courteous, personable and knowledgeable. I was treated like a loyal returning customer, even though I had never set foot there before. Amazing and gratifying experience! More

You guys have a lot to improve on First of all upon arrival I was not greeted or tended to for 15 minutes. Yes, 15 minutes. Nice my car was taken in I had been told when I scheduled the appointment that somebody would be available to reintroduce my car to me (I had asked this to be done when I scheduled this.) they then inform me no one is there to do that and they couldn’t even schedule for me because the lady who does this makes her own schedule. So I’d have to give her a call myself another day to schedule. Even though when I scheduled this I thought I had already done that. Unfortunately I do not know who I scheduled this oil appt with and was misinformed by. I wait about thirty minutes go walking around see a car in the lot that resembles mine. No one had told me my car was finished though so I thought nah that must not be your car. Another 30 minutes goes by, I go and ask is that my car am I ready to go? Oh yes that’s your car we were just getting ready to call you. MY CAR HAD BEEN SITTING THERE DONE FOR OVER 30 minutes already! My husband owns a Honda and the service that we get there is ON POINT! I’m Very disappointed in this service department and am apprehensive to even go back. Might need to head to the one in Tampa. More
