Reduced Service Excluding the last two times that I brought my vehicle in for service they did a complimentary car wash and vacuum. I perceived this as an added touch in Subaru's service that was appreciated. Given the lack of this additional service I assune that Subaru has decided to remove this service in order to cut costs at their customers expense. Thus failing to maintain a five star rating. This leaves me wondering what future cost cutting Subaru will implement. Degraded service dos not equate to maintaining a good rating. More

Exceptional Service - We brought our BRZ in for its first oil change, 6000 miles. We were greeted promptly at our arrival. Walter checked us in, did a quick inspection and put our appointment into motion quickly. We waited in the waiting room for the car to be completed. After a short time, the work was done and we were back in the car and on our way. Walter and Brian treat our cars (we have 3 of them from this dealership) as if they were their own car. Making sure the car is in perfect condition when the work is complete, even washed it!! We love our Subarus, and a lot of the reason for that is because they are well taken care of by this dealership, always in excellent condition because they ALWAYS receive exceptional service!! More
