Took my car in to replace flat tire. They were able to change the oil too. Gave me a ride to work and picked me up when my car was done. Extremely polite staff. Even washed my car. My car was there for 6 months No contact with dealer called 50000 times Wrote a bad review and they called me right away Called me to tell me it was ready for pick up and it wasn’t had to get an ube called 50000 times Wrote a bad review and they called me right away Called me to tell me it was ready for pick up and it wasn’t had to get an uber home And then I left another review and they said the car was flooded blah blah blah just surprised they haven’t tried to pay me to get my review removed Service center is a joke don’t waste your time go elsewhere. I can’t speak on the sales side just the service center is horrific More

Terrible. Dont let then fix your car, it will come back with more issues. And they will have your car for months on end with NO repsonse when wanting an update Dont let then fix your car, it will come back with more issues. And they will have your car for months on end with NO repsonse when wanting an update. They were unprofessional. Not to mention 2 times i came to fet my car and had dents on it that were jot from me. Then when asked oh it was there prior. Luckily i had photos of my car before I sent it in. Will NEVER get ny car serviced or even BUY a car from Ken ganely bc i har such a terrible experience. More

This service department NEVER returns a call. You have to go in in order to get any kind of update on your vehicle reair. Once the car was in the actual garage to be repaired the service went quickly, however, they could have advised me to change the belts in the car with the new engine. I have never had such a difficult time reaching a service person in my life. More

To start off, this dealer is horrible and the only reason they're the "#1 kia dealer in Ohio" is because they can sell you a car. Don't get me wrong, the sales guys and finance guys were nice, but the servic they're the "#1 kia dealer in Ohio" is because they can sell you a car. Don't get me wrong, the sales guys and finance guys were nice, but the service and management are not. Originally I purchased an ev6 which died 2 days later, and spent over a month in the shop until a replacement was given. Originally the GM, Michael arnoff was very helpful in getting that replacement, and I even deleted my original review at his request since they made it right. The following Friday when I was in for recall service and to address some issues and concerns I already had with the replacement, his attitude turned hostile, and that "he already lost enough money on this deal, so he's done dealing with it" and puts the blame on me that they sold me a car that died 2 days earlier and replaced it, and not to kia themselves. Moving over to service, as I had issue still needing to be resolved, it took multiple visits, with the advisors acting rude, or like youre crazy, or not testing the issue you presented, because the techs could not recreate the issue, but then once I drive with the service manager Brian, he can tell, and the tires get replaced and thats, that right? Not, there's still an issue, with the breaks, and now a sound is being made from the tires that I've had to go back in multiple times, but they say can't recreate it, yet it's present when I drive it home, I've show them videos before, and after the tire replacement They've pulled my car through the shop and I've watched it get pulled right back around into intake and be left there for an hr, until they come back and tell me nothing is wrong. Or that this new sound that's never been present is actually normal and has always been there. With the last time taking the cake, with the service advisor Erica, become hostile with me, saying they weren't doing anything about my brakes without even looking at the tech line ticket, and then says to me " we already replaced your tires, what do you want us to do"...well the issue started after you put on the new tires, and you putting on new tires doesn't matter regardless, because if there's an issue then it's your job to diagnose and fix it. I recommend going to any other kia dealership in the area. More
