Very disappointed I recently purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra here and one of the seats was damaged, I purchased the vehicle with the condition that they would have it looke I recently purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra here and one of the seats was damaged, I purchased the vehicle with the condition that they would have it looked it at and possibly repaired. Brian Stanton was our salesman. Since we purchased our vehicle on a Saturday Brian said he’d contact us during the week first thing. Since I had not received a phone call, I called Brian and his excuse was that the upholstery guy “had not been in due to the weather”. There has been no extreme weather in the are what so ever. But said he’d call me before the end of the day, that was four days ago and still no phone call. I had the feeling he was just telling me they’d look at it just to get the sale so I went ahead and got it in writing, but apparently that’s not important to the dealership. I’m very disappointed with my experience here! Here I am almost two weeks later, still waiting to hear back from someone. More

Certified Pre Owned vehicles On Aug 14,2017 I purchased a 2015 Certified Silverado and after getting it home( parked in my garage till Friday when I hand washed it I noticed dents On Aug 14,2017 I purchased a 2015 Certified Silverado and after getting it home( parked in my garage till Friday when I hand washed it I noticed dents in the bumper. (1 day after the return exchange expired) On Aug 18, I contacted my salesman Brian Stanton (and sent him photos) he was going to look into it and get back to me after waiting a week I had to call him just to have him tell me to have patience he was trying to work my problem with someone who would not be back till Monday Aug 28 and he would call me after they spoke.. Its September 6 and he has not called to tell me anything. Seems once you drive off the lot they forget about you. Its very obvious that the technician who did the Certified Pre Owned vehicle 172 point inspection does not know what the GM web site says about Certified Pre Owned vehicles. An even more obvious that the quality control of the technicians preforming the inspections at Avantage are nonexistent. More
