Dropped SUV off at 9AM.
Oil change and tire rotation went with no problem I assume. Told my wife to pick up the suv when they call the job is done. Got home at 5:30, no car,
Oil change and tire rotation went with no problem I assume. Told my wife to pick up the suv when they call the job is done. Got home at 5:30, no car, no call she said. We rushed to the dealership. 6:05PM SUV parked outside the service doors. Service staff gone. Went inside and met with sales staff. Went to the back, by miracle the service cashier is leaving late and walking out the door. She was kind enough to return behind the counter, find the keys, print the no charge, under warranty papers. Went to the SUV, vehicle unlocked, with our ottoman we picked up from the store that morning on the way to the dealer. $900 price tag, to be in car all night unlocked.
