All I ask at the onset of the purchase was to be informed of the movements of my vehicle during the lengthy shipping process and subsequent modification. I had to initiate every phone call except for the one where the sales rep would receive their commission. The cars exterior was dirty upon delivery. Pedro was great but I didn’t see any of the financing information or costs of the vehicle, other than our monthly payment amount. My fault that I didn’t ask for it but it should have been provided, I can only hope we didn’t pay for anything we didn’t want. I was not impressed with the experience but we do love the vehicle. More

I ended up purchasing a vehicle that John suggested to me. The Del dealership handled the transaction with speed and efficiency. Paperwork was done quickly, and they got me in the car in short order. Brian explained all the functions of the vehicle and media options while Joe handled my paperwork promptly.
