The Monday that I was in, I waited for my car, and found after the fact that Brian was single handing the administration entirely himself and 4 cars had pulled up when I arrived. He was greeting customers, filling them in on what was needed or found, writing up invoices and accepting cash all alone. No one else was there to help him and he did it without complaining, or griping. Just getting the job done. Great job, Brian! More

Mr. Brian Tessitore was great in every aspect of this service visit as he has been before. When I made the appointment he inquired about the best day for me. Did I need a loaner what the cost could be. It worked best for me to get the auto in earlier than the shop opened as I had a meeting to get to he was there early to take the auto from me. I needed it back before noon and he said he would make every effort to do that. He did I had it back and was on my way. The only way it could have been better was if it was free (joke). The charges were what Mr. Tessitore stated. It had rained that day but the auto was still washed and interior cleaned. More
