Here they didn’t treat me differently and were absolutely amazing to work with. I had been searching for a certain xc60 for almost a month. I had been to no less than 10 new car dealerships. After all of that, I knew exactly what I wanted, what I wanted to pay and what it should cost to buy one including what fees were crap fees and what fees were legit. I called and spoke with Derrick Standridge around 4;00. Told them exactly what I wanted and worked out a deal over the phone. I live over an hour away and once I got there that evening they had the paperwork ready with no hidden fees. I was in and out within 2 hours tops. Derrick was very patient and knowledgeable, along with everyone in the dealership. They treated me like a friend. I have had to go back to get a couple of things and each time they have been a pleasure to do business with. I will use them for as long as I can and I will send them as much business as I can, because they have set such a high standard with the quality of their customer service. More
