Dealing with the sales manager, Mike and Mr. Wheeler in the finance department was also efficient and customer service oriented. I did not feel any pressure from anyone to sell me something I did not want to buy. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially Goose my salesman to friends and family. More

Drove 279 miles, car looked great but we were told no charge cable. Seriously. A lousy $110 part (on Amazon). You'd think a dealership this size could come up with the items required to make the car func charge cable. Seriously. A lousy $110 part (on Amazon). You'd think a dealership this size could come up with the items required to make the car function when you pay over $26k. Drove the car back home to Delta, CO and it performed flawlessly. Very happy with it but, alas, no way to charge it until the part comes. I would have brought a cable if I had been told in advance. Sean did okay but not sure why the process took 1.5 hours with us paying cash. After we'd signed the sales papers he told us he was going to check on the vehicle prep and then he'd take us to the financial dept. 20 minutes went by but no Sean. Finally, Brian called us into his office to take care of payment. He did a fantastic job. I knew the vehicle was a Kia buyback. Sean mentioned that a number of times. I did indicate that an extended warranty plan would be a consideration for us to which Sean told us it might be an option but not sure because the vehicle was a buyback. He never elaborated or indicated what the conditions were. I still don't know. That's enough complaining. Sorry. More

The finance guy was rude after we decided not to purchase any add ons. His demeanor changed and felt very rude. Ahmad was great at first but I called to let him know they sold us a 60k truck with no washer f any add ons. His demeanor changed and felt very rude.
