Our Salesman, Brian Williams was extremely helpful in showing us the BMW models and all the various options. BMW of Cincinnati North had a good selection on site of various X5's, including multiple colors and option packages. We decided on the X5, but they did not have the exact one we wanted and Brian helped us through the order process, which was extremely simple. In three weeks, our made to order X5 was delivered. The delivery process included a great education on all of the X5 features. We had previously bought from another Jake Sweeney dealership, and both times, the salespeople were knowledgeable and not high pressure. It was a great buying experience. More
