Not good this time around unfortunately. In fact if we didn’t have the lifetime power train warranty, I don’t think we would ever be back. We had a service which was an expensive one this time (over $1000). So when we were asked if we wanted to pay 100 dollars to change the air filter which takes 3 minutes to do, I declined. The air filter however was covered with debris (hence why it needed changed) but rather than at least dump the loose debris off of the filter before putting it back in, they shoved it back in with all of the loose stuff then falling into the fan. This would have literally took one second to dump off, but I think someone was upset we weren’t paying to get it done so they wanted to teach us a lesson or something. Bottom line is, we brought the vehicle in with no problems and left with problems. It now make a sound with the heat/air. A car should not be worse off after leaving a shop. I did voice concerns which fell on deaf ears unfortunately. More
