Overall a terrible experience. I spent almost $40k on an almost new car and have had to bring it back twice to fix the engine, totally over $15k in work. They have had my car in the service department for over 4 months currently. After going back and forth with the warranty that they sold me, the work was finally approved (a new head gasket). While in their care, my car was run into by another car, totaling over $7k in body damage. Now my car has an accident on its record and diminished value. Matt, the service manager, was terribly rude and condescending on the phone and refused to do anything to make this disaster right. I will definitely never be going back and will never buy a other Volkswagen again. More
