After agreeing to an "out the door price" (which includes tax, tags, license) the sales manager snuck on those costs anyway. I was stunned but too far along into the deal (after going to a bank to get a cash tax, tags, license) the sales manager snuck on those costs anyway. I was stunned but too far along into the deal (after going to a bank to get a cashier's check) and not finding out until being given the contract. I feel like I was misled and taken advantage of. Then it was horrible trying to get them to simply give me my second key, that I paid for in the cost of the vehicle. I'm a senior citizen and thought this would be my last car, I'd get all the bells and whistles but it wasn't a good experience. Still haven't received a return call after almost a month. I hope this doesn't reflect on the service I will get in trying to keep my car maintained. I had to give 1 star but I really wanted to give no stars. More

I don’t appreciate being under the impression that if it took longer than a day to fix my car for a manufacturer recall. I’d be issued a loaner/rental vehicle but because I do not have full coverage I was took longer than a day to fix my car for a manufacturer recall. I’d be issued a loaner/rental vehicle but because I do not have full coverage I was denied, and as a first responder being able to get to work is imperative to not only myself and my family but the well being of the public. It truly discourages me and anyone else who cannot afford full coverage to continue to use Mazda in the area as the first choice for repairs. Not to mention the misleading information we received as to why it would take two day and what was wrong with the first kit they attempted to use to fix the airbag More

This dealership was excellent. I worked the deal with them over the phone because I lived 5.5 hours away. They were upfront and very accommodating. They even helped me drop off my rental vehicle and rushed through my paperwork the day of because I drove to the dealership and back home on the same day. With so much driving, every second saved at the dealership got me back home that much quicker so this was very much appreciated. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. My salesperson Bri was fantastic and helped me work through the deal in a very professional manner. Highly recommend this dealership! More
