Excellent service mechanics & service personnel. I have been taking my 2014 XC90 since January 2025 for maintenance, along with adding improvements before going on long road trips into the Northe I have been taking my 2014 XC90 since January 2025 for maintenance, along with adding improvements before going on long road trips into the Northern California mountain range from Los Angeles where I must absolutely depend on the vehicle above the treeline in the middle of nowhere. Rusnak Volvo Westlake/Thousand Oaks has always been topnotch A+ giving us confidence & peace of mind! Highly recommend them. When possible, I usually wait for my car to be worked on in Rusnak Volvo's modernized business lodge with its upgraded technical devices for example, wifi, charging stations, couches, desks with chairs, tables, coffee, water & snacks. I write code a lot & the quiet environment there is perfect for me to concentrate. This dealership has polite, professional, & knowledgable personnel making it a pleasure to interact with, their expertise has been comforting to us knowing our Volvo is in great hands. Big thumbs up! I’m frustrated by the communication from volvo. I was told first everything was fine and to pick my car up. When I shared I’m seeing the same charge error on my app I was told by Susan there I was told first everything was fine and to pick my car up. When I shared I’m seeing the same charge error on my app I was told by Susan there must be a problem with my app because the car is fine. I asked that the technician check again and was told by Susan that in fact there was a problem with the charge and that parts had been ordered so there won’t be any delay in getting it fixed. I was told the next day, Monday) the parts are ordered (I thought they already were?) and they should arrive Tuesday or Wednesday of last week. I let them know the engine light in the loaner car I was given went on. Brianna asked me to drive to the dealer to switch it out. I wasn’t able to do that and the light went away. I was told I wouldn’t have to do this back and forth with the dealer after having to make that trip 3 times within 3 days of owning this brand new car due to problems. I was told on Thursday by Susan that parts had not yet arrived. On Friday I asked if I can get some clarity on what is wrong with this car and when I can expect it back. No one responded. The Apple play in the loaner car stopped working also. More
