When we told Brianna that we were considering other models, she even told us where the closest dealers were. On our second visit we took another test drive, negotiated a fair price, and walked away with our new car. Again, no pressure and not a single pitch for upgraded packages or accessories. Failed to deliver 2018 RDX with promised features I agreed to turn in my 2016 Acura ILX with the Acura Watch & Tech packages for 2018 RDX which Brianna stated would have the features of my prior vehic I agreed to turn in my 2016 Acura ILX with the Acura Watch & Tech packages for 2018 RDX which Brianna stated would have the features of my prior vehicle plus some. Unfortunately, the 2018 RDX didn't have the Acura Watch Package. When I inquired about it Brianna stated sorry we never looked at the features in my prior vehicle. I returned the 2018 RDX; Brianna & Frankie Ferraro told me I couldn't get my 2016 ILX back that it had been processed. They told me they could order the 2018 RDX with the features I expected but it could take a month after first telling me they didn't make the Acura RDX with the Acura Watch Package anymore. Who could wait a month for a car? That evening after they told me I couldn't get back my 2016 ILX I went and purchased a Cadillac. The next day when I saw Brianna to get my plates back she and Frankie told me I have to take back the 2016 ILX. Unbelievable ruse they weaved to get me to take the 2018 RDX. I am going to sue them for this misrepresentation. They stuck me with paying the remaining payments on the lease. More
