This was our third lease with Brianna, and each time the visit to complete the lease and take the car gets easier. She had the details for our newest lease prepared before we even arrived, so the only thing left for us to do was take a test drive, and say yes! Brianna never tries to pressure us to make a decision, but always tries to guide us in the right direction and give us the information we need. Even after we get the car, Brianna always makes herself available if we have questions, or just want to stop in and say hi. It is because of Brianna and Ken that we will only go to Acura of Westchester, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an Acura. More

It was a wonderful experience throughout the whole buying process. I have been haunted from horrible buying experiences in the past and was absolutely surprised by how great this whole experience was. I was process. I was referred to Brianna from a friend and pretty much negotiated the terms over email and phone over a few days. This dealership gave me the best price of the MDX and the best trade-in value for my car. There was never any "shady" numbers or salesman talk throughout the process. The number they gave me was always the number we went with. It's funny I am commenting on this, but it is not the case in many dealerships that I have visited. Working with Brianna was such a a pleasure. She is very responsive, understanding to your concerns and always willing to work with me. She was very patient despite my many questions and always maintained a friendly and professional attitude. On the day of the pick-up I still had my reservations (again due to past experiences). But I have to say it was the smoothest process I could think of. All paperwork was ready, they gave me the trade-in value as promised and I was out of there in less than an hour. I've bought shoes taking a longer time. I highly recommend others to come here. It's one of the most professional and friendly dealers around and they make the car buying experience a more comforting one. More

Brianna listened to all my concerns and questions regarding my third purchase and patiently went through all the features and prices with me. This definitely helped me on making my final decision. When I went to pick up my 2014 Acura TL special edition I was extremely surprised and ecstatic to see a huge red bow on top of the car. Does'nt get any cooler than that. Acura of westchester treats you extremely well and Brianna is the best at what she does. I look forward to future dealings with both Acura and Brianna.
