I was referred to Brianna from a friend and pretty much negotiated the terms over email and phone over a few days. This dealership gave me the best price of the MDX and the best trade-in value for my car. There was never any "shady" numbers or salesman talk throughout the process. The number they gave me was always the number we went with. It's funny I am commenting on this, but it is not the case in many dealerships that I have visited. Working with Brianna was such a a pleasure. She is very responsive, understanding to your concerns and always willing to work with me. She was very patient despite my many questions and always maintained a friendly and professional attitude. On the day of the pick-up I still had my reservations (again due to past experiences). But I have to say it was the smoothest process I could think of. All paperwork was ready, they gave me the trade-in value as promised and I was out of there in less than an hour. I've bought shoes taking a longer time. I highly recommend others to come here. It's one of the most professional and friendly dealers around and they make the car buying experience a more comforting one. More

Car shopping can be such a headache, needless to say this was a smooth experience from start to finish. This was my third time back at Acura of westchester and third time dealing with Brianna. Brianna listened to all my concerns and questions regarding my third purchase and patiently went through all the features and prices with me. This definitely helped me on making my final decision. When I went to pick up my 2014 Acura TL special edition I was extremely surprised and ecstatic to see a huge red bow on top of the car. Does'nt get any cooler than that. Acura of westchester treats you extremely well and Brianna is the best at what she does. I look forward to future dealings with both Acura and Brianna. Hands down my third purchase was an amazing experience and I am extremley satisfied with the service I recieved and with my 2014 TL Special Edition. :) More

I recently leased an ILX at Acura of Westchester. I made the mistake of leaving the Acura family last year and started a lease with Honda. I really missed the feel and luxury of the Acura brand. My experience with them has always been good and actually getting better each time, just two weeks ago I leased another special edition TL and everyone there made the transition seamless and easy, as usual. I worked with Brianna and Kenny Hicks and they made the process extremely smooth and quick. I looked at and test drove the small SUV but I decided to stay with the TL. Breonna could not be more helpful in going over and explaining to me all the newer electronics and the use of Bluetooth and hands-free System. All of the financial matters were. easily and quickly resolved and I was able to get into my car within 36 hours. Also their service department has always been excellent and extremely accommodating and whenever a loaner car was necessary they were there to provide it. After doing business with this dealership for almost 25 years I have never had one complaint. More
