I have never met a man more condescending than Mark.

He was rude, raised his voice, and was incorrect in the information that he offered. A little bit of honesty goes a long way but he seemed incapable or unwilling to address concerns with anything except snobbery and disdain. He appeared not to understand the products his establishment sells, frequently telling me it was a courtesy that he provided a service I paid for. Interacting with me appeared to be a nuisance and a bother to him once he realized I was dissatisfied with the service I had received thus far, to the point that I removed my vehicle from the service department and took it elsewhere.
Regarding the service department as a whole, my experience is that no one is ever available to answer the phone, nor do they respond to voice messages left for them. In the three months that my car was in for service, not a single employee or representative of the company called to update me on the status of my repairs or to explain any difficulties they were having in diagnosing the issue with my vehicle. I genuinely believe the staff forgot that they had my vehicle and I suspect they failed to attempt to diagnose the issue for repair until I showed up in their office asking for an update.
Customer service is seriously lacking at Suburban Ford of Waterford and I sincerely regret choosing to continue doing business with them after purchasing the vehicle (my sales team was amazing, no complaints there). Unfortunately, the service department had left me feeling mislead and mistreated.

I have no desire to discuss anything further with you or your company. My vehicle was fixed promptly by a competitor and I am fully satisfied with both the repair and the customer service I received from Lasco. My only want in posting my review was to allow others the benefit of my experiences so that they can make an informed decision before choosing a service department to complete their own repairs.

I made an appointment to bring in for oil change and asked them to check on window and lock buttons Which ended up being a recall. I asked to have the split in dashboard assed. When I called a week later after a long long time on hold and was informed of price and my warranty had expired. I said never mind, didn’t have available funds. Asked what the holdup was and requested a loner car and they didn’t have one available. Ta Da car finished. Next day. Cannot figure in any way why I was inconvenienced without my car for a week.

Mr. Butler, I regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. I want to point out that your negative review does not point out the entire situation with your vehicle. Your vehicle was not here for 3 weeks just for a brake system bleed service. Your vehicle was brought in with numerous new brake parts that you installed consisting of aftermarket, failed and wrong parts. I understand you took this vehicle to a local shop to get fixed and they were unable to correct your braking issue. When we are diagnosing a vehicle that has a low brake pedal with multiple new parts it does take time to figure out. I understand your frustration about it taking 3 weeks to repair. Keep in mind that also includes wait time to order and receive parts. The vehicle left here fixed and road safe which is our top priority.
