At first the service at this dealership was amazing. Unfortunately, things have changed drastically. They don't give loners on recalls, leaving you without a vehicle. Today I called because my 75 thousand dollar Ford "tough" truck will not start and can't get them to answer in the service department. At vehicle. I have tried 6 times over the last 20 minutes and can't get an answer. I'll never ever buy another car from them. More

Individuals I was ABLE Contact were polite but in reality your communication sucks. Spent one day with speaker on phone and the phone rang for a solid hour with no answer. Car in dealership for 1 week to ass your communication sucks. Spent one day with speaker on phone and the phone rang for a solid hour with no answer. Car in dealership for 1 week to assess a minor problem, replace some switches (recall) and get an oil change. Not happy and definitely not satisfied. More
