Using my own scan tool I realized a crank relearn was never done, which is a standard part of replacing any power train parts. I’m extremely disappointed that I paid $2200 and a major step was missed by a certified ford service department. They offered me an oil change but I live 1.5 hours away, it would be a 3hr round trip so I asked if they could work with a dealer near me and they were not able to. I asked if I could pay for it and send them the invoice to be reimbursed and they weren’t able to do that either. I asked the service advisor to put me through to a manager and they weren’t available so I left a message. I never heard back so I called back myself and the manager I spoke to again tried to have me talk to the service advisor even though I told him multiple times we’ve already discussed this and I wanted further help. Overall the manager I spoke to was extremely dismissive and not interested in even hearing the situation. This entire situation makes me worried I’ll run into more and bigger issues due to a lack of quality. Steer clear of this service department, and likely the dealer as a whole given their unwillingness to right their wrongs. More

Robert is amazing! He is always willing to go the extra mile and help. First time I had to work with him to get my car fixed, he was great. I will not take my cars anywhere but to Suburban because of Robert's treatment. It is not every day that you meet people who actually care. I wish I could rate him more than 5 stars. More

The employees there are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. First, I was disappointed that the multipoint inspections are not always thorough and do not diagnose all issues with your vehicle. Secondly, I was disappointed that the dealership does not offer a loaner car when your vehicle is in for an extended time. Lastly, I was disappointed that they no longer give a courtesy car wash before you pick up vehicle after service. I am considering to start taking my Transit Connect into Brighton Ford for future service appointments. I know the owner, John Cueter has an excellent reputation of taking care of his customers. More

I've used this dealer in the past for company/personal auto service and when looking for cars in the past and has always been great. Al and Nick were absolutely great right off the rip. My son and I came auto service and when looking for cars in the past and has always been great. Al and Nick were absolutely great right off the rip. My son and I came in on a Thursday evening and looked at an Explorer that was exactly what we had been looking for. Al showed us what we had seen online and luckily was still available. Little bummed that the gas tank was barely filled and only had 5 miles left to the tank, so the test drive was short, but I drive a 14 Explorer, and we have test driven a few others already and the ride was exactly what we expected it to feel like. Told Al about a nightmare we had at another dealership the week prior, and he was stunned they did what they did to us. Al was super chill, straight forward and above all was patient as we had already been working with Genisys directly for financing. He said he'd have the vehicle ready in a few days since it had to be inspected still, and some recalls to be repaired while we wrap up things up at our local branch. Saturday came and everything was secured and in place. Al was a little busy with another customer when we arrived but no big deal, we are patient folks and the man is great. Nick jumped right in and began going over all the paperwork with us, helping transfer a plate and all that jazz. Super friendly guy had a few laughs, small talk and pleasant to work with. Smooth, quick and painless besides all that money spent lol. Vehicle was clean and I was also glad to see that the vehicle was at least filled up to half a tank as well and not leave us in the dust so that was a plus and put our transfer plate on instead of us doing like other places have in the past. Thanks Al and Nick! Appreciate you guys both. My only actual complaint is more towards inspection/ service of vehicle and that would be is that we are now 3 days into our purchase and the engine light started flashing, not long enough to read a code. Engine shutters when accelerating around 40ish mph, from my son's description sounds like a misfire/need plugs and packs. My son called Al and he was kind enough to confirm what maintenance was done, fluids, oil etc. prior to us leaving with the vehicle but confirmed plugs and packs were not done. Al unfortunately couldn't help which I understand used cars are never 100% perfect and they are sold As Is but this is high mileage vehicle with a Carfax/ record that does not show that it has ever been completed so I was kind of surprised by that. I understand too that not all maintenance is visible to the dealership or Carfax. but I question if it has it ever been completed by the factory Maintenace schedule? Maybe it was overlooked by accident? or maybe it's not part of routine certain mileage maintenance? I'm not sure but I just spent about 10k and now have to spend more to possibly replace those, if and I say if because no code has been thrown yet, that that is the actual problem and not something more significant. Little frustrating and except for that 1 thing the overall experience with the dealership and with Al and Nick was great and I'm certain I'll still use this place. Dealership service should possibly re-evaluate inspections and service of a car for sale, especially with what could actually be shown and seen as possible an incomplete or never done service/maintenance record between 105k miles and the current 144k miles. Overall we still love our purchase but now we are chasing a problem that we are unsure of what it may be. More

I was originally very unhappy with the work completed on my vehicle at this dealership. Once Rob returned to work he rallied the service team to get my vehicle fixed the way I had expected and got everythin my vehicle at this dealership.
