Waiting for a car to be built and shipped can be a stressful experience, but Britt kept me informed every step of the way. His communication was consistent and reassuring, and to my surprise, the car actually arrived an entire month ahead of schedule — a very pleasant surprise! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Britt in choosing the appropriate vehicle for myself. He was patient with us and did not mind explaining or clarifying any questions we had. We came across a bump in the process of purchasing the suv because we needed to break our current lease with Honda and he was calm and understanding. He didn't get frustrated that we had just spent two hours with him and in the end we needed to go back to Honda. He followed up with us and walked us through the process of breaking our lease. And we then returned to Mercedes and made sure we continued our process with him. He is a true gem and gentleman. I truly wish many men this generation would take some lessons from him. He is pure class and kindness. I one hundred percent recommend anyone to run not walk to him for their next purchase from Mercedes. We toured five different high end vehicle brands and came across many salesmen. And only one our two were patient and knowledgeable. But Britt hit a home run. He blew them all out of the park. More
